UniTech's Nigel Gibbons recently attended the International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners (IAMCP) annual European Summit in Brussels. The event brought together over 200 IAMCP figures from across EMEA and beyond to discuss the development of EU policies that affect small and medium sized enterprises’ bottom line and the business opportunities presented by EU policies in 2010.
This included engagement with MEPs (Members of the European Parliament) and other policy-makers directing understanding on current IT issues and helping to formulated thinking around forthcoming Data, Intellectual Property and Privacy legislation under the new Commission and a (relatively) new Parliament.
